NHPC Scholarship Scheme for Assam 2016
NHPC Fellowship for Assam 2016 – Applications are invited for NHPC Fellowship scheme for Assam 2016 for the students of Assam domicile only. In this NHPC fellowship scheme total 9 types of scholarships for different type of courses including ITI/ Diploma Engineering/ Degree Engineering/ Graduation/ Post Graduation & Medical stream also.
(1) Fellowship for Masters in various courses – Total 10 fellowship awarded for Master degree courses viz. M.Tech, M.E, M.Sc from IIT/NIT/IISc. Essential qualifications are B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Des., M.Sc etc. The scholarship amount is Rs. 10,000/- per month.
(2) Fellowship for Degree in Engineering – Total 30 fellowship awarded for four years engineering degree courses. Essential qualifications H.Sc with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 4,000/- per month.
(3) Fellowship for MBBS – Total 30 fellowship awarded for five years MBBS degree courses. Essential qualifications H.Sc with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 4,000/- per month.
(4) Fellowship for MBA – Total 20 fellowship awarded for two years MBA courses. Essential qualifications Graduation with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 4,000/- per month.
(5) Fellowship for Master in Geology/ Geophysics – Total 10 fellowship awarded for two years Master degree courses. Essential qualifications Graduation in Geology/ Geophysics with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 4,000/- per month.
(6) Fellowship for Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism/ Hotel Management – Total 15 fellowship awarded for two years Post Graduation courses. Essential qualifications Graduation with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 4,000/- per month.
(7) Fellowship for Graduate Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism/ Hotel Management – Total 19 fellowship awarded for three years Graduation courses. Essential qualifications H.Sc with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 3,000/- per month.
(8) Fellowship for Diploma in Engineering – Total 30 fellowship awarded for three years Diploma courses. Essential qualifications H.Sc with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 3,000/- per month.
(9) Fellowship for ITI- Total 50 fellowship awarded for two years ITI Trade courses. Essential qualifications H.Sc with minimum 50% marks. The scholarship amount is Rs. 2,000/- per month.
How to apply for NHPC Fellowship Scheme – The candidate fulfilling the above eligibility criteria may submit their application form in the prescribed format which can be downloaded from NHPC website i.e. www.nhpcindia.com and completed application form along with required documents, duly verified and certified by their Principal/ Head / Dean/ Registrar of the concerned College/ Institute/ University, should reach the following address by Speed Post or Registered Post only.
