HUDA Ashiana Scheme Karnal – After the launch of residential plot schemes in Rohtak and Mahendergrah, Haryana Urban Development Authority invites application from the people those presently residing in slum in the jurisdiction of HUDA.
How to apply in HUDA Ashiana Housing Scheme 2017 – Application form along with information booklet and term & conditions can be obtained from the Office of the Property Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Sector – 12, Karnal. Completely filled application form to be submitted in the office of HUDA with processing fees Rs. 100/- and registration amount of Rs. 9,600/- & Rs. 8000/- for General and SC/ST/OBC/PWD category applicant respectively. Remaining amount will be deposited in next 20 years with 7% rate of interest if allotted the house. Those are not able to pay EMI they also eligible for allotment on the rental basis and Rent is Rs. 500/- per month.
